Our A+ Experience Modification Rating reflects this commitment. Weekly safety meetings are held and all employees are apprised of current safety related issues.

The construction environment is complex, physically demanding, and hazardous, and workers engaged in construction operations must be physically, mentally, and emoyionally qualified to perform their jobs safely. Employee fitness can affect the worker's own safety as well as that of coworkers and the customers we serve. This is why L&J strongly endorses a strong Occupational Safety and Health Management Program. Our object in this program is to prevent and reduce the likely occurrence or injuries and illness.

ENVIRONMENT RECYCLE CAPABILITY (ROLL-OFF SERVICE)

L&J understands the sensitivity of the documentation needed by projects which are attempting to receive LEED accreditation with regards to recycling all construction recyclable material. We have the necessary resources to recycle over 50 percent of general construction material and debris.

L&J Construction Service Inc., consistently receives A&B Performance rating from The Maryland Department of Transportation-State Highway Administration in connection with project engineer evaluations involving the examination of several areas of construction related projects.
