Organized in April, 1991, L&J is managed by Lenzie M. Johnson, Jr.; its original owner and president. Mr. Johnson has earned both personal and professional experience in the construction business over the past fourteen years. Under his guidance, the company's annual earnings have increased from $200,000 to over $6 million dollars.

Our company's overall marketing strategy is to identify construction industry needs and opportunities by attending and participating in various construction trade shows, construction seminars, and networking.

L&J's primary goal focuses on expanding our client base and positioning the company to become a primary construction service contractor with a sound reputation for reliability and dependability. Also, we strive to always provide quality services such as angle-tandem, tri-axle dump truck rental, in additional to "roll-off" container services, for the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The remainder of 2006 is dedicated to developing its cement business division in support several major construction projects evolving in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Mr. Johnson's vision also includes strategies to economically empower the business neighborhood, and eventually establish an endowment for young entrepreneurs.
